Professional Stencil Cleaning Station

The LSTEC Stencil Cleaning Station combines multi-frequency ultrasonic cleaning with a 3-stage immersion process and built-in operator safety features to deliver consistent, residue-free results every cycle. The station is operated manually — the operator loads the stencil and moves it through each stage — giving a compact, self-contained alternative to hand-wiping that improves cleaning consistency and stencil longevity.

Why Choose Ultrasonic Cleaning?

  • Ultrasonic cavitation reaches apertures hand-wiping cannot
  • More consistent results than wiping stencils by hand
  • Extends stencil service life by 40%
  • Tank-based process reduces hand contact with cleaning chemicals
  • Drain valve and collection tray for controlled fluid disposal

Cleaning & Safety Features

A complete cleaning solution engineered for safety, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Multi-Stage Ultrasonic Cleaning

Three-stage immersion cleaning with ultrasonic agitation removes solder paste residue, flux, and particulates from stencil apertures and surfaces with a thoroughness that hand-wiping cannot achieve.

  • 50kHz–132kHz frequency sweep
  • Controlled temperature management
  • Optimized dwell times per stage
  • Residue-free results

Operator Safety & Ergonomics

Integrated safety signage, ergonomic work height, PPE reminders, and eye protection ensure operator safety during cleaning cycles. Emergency stop and cycle controls for complete operational control.

  • ANSI-compliant safety icons
  • LED work surface lighting
  • Adjustable shelf height
  • Simple single-button control

Easy Maintenance & Storage

Modular tank cabinet design with quick-access doors simplifies chemical changes, waste disposal, and routine maintenance. Drain valve and collection tray enable safe fluid handling without spillage.

  • Tool-free door latches
  • Drip pan integral design
  • Chemical disposal valve
  • Component access door
Cleaning Process

3-Stage Ultrasonic Cleaning Cycle

1

Immersion & Agitation

Stencil placed in ultrasonic bath with aqueous cleaning solution. Multi-frequency ultrasonic waves (50–132 kHz sweep) create microscopic cavitation bubbles that penetrate apertures and dislodge solder paste residue and particulates.

2

Rinse & Neutralization

The operator transfers the stencil to the second tank for a deionized water rinse. Removes residual cleaning solution and neutralizes flux residue. Temperature-controlled rinse ensures no thermal shock to stencil.

3

Drying & Inspection

Final immersion in isopropanol removes water traces. Heated drying cycle evaporates remaining moisture. Optional visual inspection under integrated LED lighting confirms residue-free apertures before stencil return to production.
