Precision Metal Parts
Laser-cut and chemically etched precision metal components — produced from the same in-house facility as our stencils, from prototype to volume.
Two Production Methods, One Facility
Whether you need a same-day prototype or a tight-tolerance production run, our laser cutting and chemical etching capabilities cover the full range of precision metal parts.
Laser-Cut Precision Parts
Same-day prototype metal parts cut directly from CAD data using our LPKF–YAG laser. No expensive hard tooling required — iterate designs quickly and cost-effectively. The vacuum table ensures burr-free, retaining-lug-free parts with no grain structure or hardness changes in the material.
- Same-day prototyping capability
- No tooling costs — direct from CAD
- Burr-free vacuum table production
- No material hardness changes
Chemical Etched Parts
Photo chemical etching produces intricate metal components with tight tolerances from flat sheet material. Ideal for fine features, mesh structures and complex geometry that would be difficult or expensive to machine — eliminating hard tooling costs for medium-to-high volume production.
- Intricate geometry and fine features
- Tight tolerances from flat sheet
- No hard tooling costs
- Cost-effective for medium-high volumes
RF Cans
Electromagnetic shielding cans for RF-sensitive circuits, produced via two methods depending on volume and specification requirements.
Laser-Cut Stainless Steel
Preferred for precise, smaller-volume runs. Stainless steel is laser-cut and finished with nickel plating for conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Chemically Etched Brass
A cost-effective solution for larger production quantities. Brass is chemically etched with optional tin plating for solderability.
